LESS CHASING. MORE CLARITY.

01A public reply goes out, but the service issue stays open.

02The owner and front desk each think the other followed up.

03Repeated complaints never reach the weekly team review.

THE PRODUCT WE’RE EXPLORING

A clearer next step.
Less work around the work.

A focused tool for one recurring workflow. These are the capabilities we want to validate with early users.

01 / COLLECT

Keep the service issue visible

The concept would turn a pasted review into a follow-up record with an owner, a due date, and a clear next action.

02 / CLARIFY

Review before replying

Prepare a response for a person to check against the facts and privacy needs. Nothing would publish without their approval.

03 / FOLLOW THROUGH

Close the operational loop

Record the team's action and whether contact was attempted. A closed task would not mean a review changed or disappeared.

A SMALLER, CALMER WORKFLOW

From loose ends
to a clear plan.

The intended workflow, shaped with the people who would use it.

  1. 1

    Bring one complaint

A proposed pilot would use an anonymized review and the service context your team can verify.

  2. 2

    Choose an owner

Decide who will check the job, contact the customer where appropriate, and review the public response.

  3. 3

    Review the follow-up

Check overdue actions and recurring service issues in a short weekly team review.

BEFORE YOU SIGN UP

A few useful answers.

Can I use ReviewRelay today?

Not yet. This is a waitlist and product-research experiment. The interface above is illustrative. There is no paid plan, live integration or committed release date.

Will this remove negative reviews or improve my rating?

No. We are researching responsible service follow-up. We do not offer review removal, fake reviews, incentives for changing reviews, or promises about ratings.

Does it connect to Google or post replies today?

No integrations or publishing tools are available today. The initial research would test a manual workflow with owners before considering an authorized connection.
